Refund and Returns Policy for TheStickyCo:

At TheStickyCo, we take great pride in the quality of our stickers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No refunds will be offered: We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our online store.
  2. Replacement for manufacturing faults: If there is a manufacturing fault with the stickers you receive, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. This includes any damages or defects caused during the manufacturing process.
  3. Report any problems within 3 days: If you receive an order with manufacturing faults, you must report the issue to us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the fault before proceeding with the replacement.
  4. Non-manufacturing faults: We cannot replace stickers if the fault is not a result of manufacturing. This includes incorrect orders, incorrect measurements or incorrect artwork.
  5. Shipping costs: If we agree to replace a product due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of shipping. If the fault is not a result of manufacturing, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if the stickers have been damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
